🙌 Product & Tech Leadership. I work as the link between departments, ensuring that strategy and vision are clear and inspiring, that people and goals are aligned, and that my team mates are thriving.

Drawing from my experience as a software engineer, tech leader, and founder, I craft strategies that connect the technical reality with team capabilities, the product vision, and the needs of the business. Strategy development is always a team effort, bringing together people and data from across the organization.
🚀 Company Building. As a founder, I build products, teams, and organizations from the ground up. I excite peers, investors, and partners through visionary ideas, cultivating a unique company culture, and recruiting a stellar team. Furthermore, I embody resilience and perseverance, knowing that the path to success is rarely a straight line.
✨ Coaching. I am deeply committed to nurturing the development of my team members and uncovering their motivational drivers. Together, we assess their skills and co-develop a personal growth plan. Using this framework, we establish concrete objectives and regularly review progress through our regular one-on-one sessions.

I conducte product and tech due diligence for investors as well as health checks for CTOs and founders, helping them to get actionable insights on people, code, and processes.

Mentoring
I support fellow tech leaders and founders on their journey by providing free mentoring sessions. I especially focus on supporting people from underrepresented groups in tech. It’s a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community.
